We want you to love your new Minecraft gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital item codes included with physical merchandise must remain unscratched and unredeemed to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached to the clothing.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
